You can reach the conference venue by taxi or public transport network (réseau TBC : http://www.infotbc.com) : Tram line B, direction Pessac Centre, get off "Peixotto" and take line 21 (bus), direction Gradignan Stade Ornon, get off at "Ecole de Management". You can also take buses 10 and 35 - just be sure to make sure that you take the bus heading in the right direction.
You can also take the tram line B to the stop "Doyen Brus" and then take a comfortable 5 min walk through a small forest to the conference venue.
Car
By the Bordeaux circle Motorway (Rocade), you must take exit 16 (Gradignan-Talence), then follow the Cours de la Libération direction Talence - Domaine Universitaire. You will find the conference site on your right (marked route).
Plane
Bordeaux airport (Airport Code: BOD) is about 14 km west of BEM. You can reach the conference venue by taxi (about 40-50 €) or by shuttle (Single: 7 €, return: 12 €). The itinerary of the shuttle can be found here.
Train
The French train system is of excellent quality. There are direct high speed trains (TGV) from Paris and also from Paris' Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport. Travel time from Paris can be as little as 3:18h and 4:23h from the airport. A single ticket can cost you as little as 50 € - if you book ahead of time.
